Jim Remsik, Jr. - aka Tiger - started his first day of work as a Rubyist by going to RubyConf. He kept attending conferences, until one day he started his own. Madison Ruby+ is considered one of the best conferences around.

Tiger has made it his mission through the years to help the people around him achieve success. He looks for opportunities to help people grow, and for organizations to invest in their people. He works tirelessly to grow the Ruby community, and to make connections between the Ruby community and his hometown of Madison.
